A friend uploaded a world save and the panel accepted the zip. Subdomain they gave us was ugly and I pointed my own domain the same day, that was the whole visit

RAM upgrade applied after a restart and the world was still there, that was the whole visit

Modpack was a dropdown. RAM upgrade applied after a restart and the world was still there.

Support knew the pack name, which is more than I expected at this price. Billing is monthly and the cancel button was in the panel, not an email chain, I would order it again

Modpack install was a dropdown, not a weekend of jar files, that was the whole visit

The server was joinable about ten minutes after I paid. When a mod update broke the pack they pointed at the one mod, not the whole host 7
