A sales chat confirmed the lens was US warranty before I paid. An open-box mic had the note about a replaced cable, and the cable was in the bag, I would order it again

Return label for an unopened body arrived the same day I asked. Ordered a lens on a Thursday and it was on the porch Saturday, boxed, not a loose mailer, I would order it again

Used department listing showed the shutter count, which is the number I wanted. Return label for an unopened body arrived the same day I asked, I would order it again

They did not substitute a gray-market kit when the listed one was out, I would order it again

Pickup at the store was actually ready when the email said it was. Tracking updated when it left their building, not two days after, I would order it again

Price on the page was the price. Tracking updated when it left their building, not two days after.
